Terms and conditions

Rules: By entering this Competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and IMB Financial Services decision regarding any issue with the Competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. IMB reserves the right to change or alter or cancel the competition and prize without any notice.

How to Qualify: Participants are eligible to qualify if they have an existing IMB Personal Account or Wallet and by use there IMB Personal Account or Wallet for three consecutive months in January 2022, February 2022 and March 2022. Entrants using there IMB Personal Account or Wallet in this required time period stand a chance to win R1000 in their IMB Personal Account or Wallet. Competition runs from January 2022 to 17:00, 31st of March 2022. Draw date will be 1st of April 2022.

Competition promoter: This competition is promoted by IMB Financial Services Pty Ltd, is an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP43443) and an authorised co-branded partner of Flexpay Pty Ltd, Reg. No. 2007/007066/07, an authorised distribution channel of Access Bank South Africa Limited, Reg. No.: 1947/025414/06 an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP 5865).

Participants: The competition is open to all individuals who reside in South Africa and are eighteen years or older and have an existing IMB Personal Account or Wallet. The following people are excluded from entering this competition – director, member, partner, employee, or agent of, or consultant & their immediate family to IMB Financial Services. Participants agree to IMB Financial services posting the winners details on our digital platforms.

Competition details: This competition starts on January 2022 and closes 17:00 on  31st of March 2022 and will be conducted through SMS, Social Media and the Website. Price is non-transferable and there are no alternatives. The moment the prize is sent to the customer, IMB Financial Services withdraw all responsibilities concerning this prize.

IMB reserves the right to cancel or alter the competition without prior notice. The judges or nominate decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these competition rules. Images in advertisement are for promotional purposes and might differ to actual product. The lucky winner will be notified via SMS and called by IMB Financial Services 1st of April 2022.
